This position is in an exciting fast-paced managing design-to- build environment where our client takes novel (cutting edge) concepts from paper to model to the floor for integration. The Project Coordinator plays an important role in the process of understanding customer needs, using project management tools and techniques to support activities needed to deliver Antenna Measurement solutions to our customers. The successful candidate will be required to coordinate with multi-disciplined groups within our client’s organization and their supplier base.
The Candidate should have an understanding of program management tools to help guide through a program’s phases. The role is a key contributor to ensuring all activities are being handled and meeting delivery dates. In addition, managing administrative activities within our SAP ERP system for procuring components, planning costs, and evaluating discrepancies and corrective actions.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of small dollar projects through its project life cycle.
- Responsible for supporting procurement activities for complex programs managed by a Technical Program Manager.
- Consults with engineering personnel to resolve issues.
- Provide administrative support to the Technical Program Manager in the completion of multiple contracts, including responsibility for cost, schedule, and overall performance.
- Interface with customers on a regular basis in support of engineering and program management activities.
- Monitor customer feedback and advise on a broad range of issues related to product/services being delivered.
Requirements:
- US Citizen
- Must pass a Background & Drug-screen test
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- 1-3 years of experience in low-voltage, heavy duty electrical equipment
- Proficient with MS Windows and its office programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with financial costs & managing labor expectations
- Experience with PMBOK, a plus
- Experience with DOD contracts & understanding standard US Gov’t Practices
- Ability to obtain US Gov’t security clearance
- Experience in SAP, a plus
- PMP, a plus
- Self –Driven and motivated to solve problems independently
